What People Are Saying About MoveAnyWay Fitness Classes

Mariah’s class, “Stretch & Balance,” which I take twice a week, is making subtle yet significant changes in my body. Overall, I feel looser and more pliable. The instruction that she gives for posture has made me stand taller - even friends have noticed. It’s very easy to correct when I fall back into my old posture habits. But that is not all. Her full-body stretching is comprehensive and so is her balance instruction. In addition, Mariah makes the class fun and upbeat. She researches fitness daily and makes appropriate changes as we proceed. I never want to miss a class!
